Kate is a native of Pasadena and attributes her passion for real estate to growing up immersed in the San Gabriel Valley's incredible array of architecture found in some of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all of California.
After many years of working as a paralegal in Los Angeles and then in property management, Kate began her real estate career selling vacation homes in Mammoth Lakes, CA. From Mammoth, Kate moved to Bend, OR where she was a successful real estate broker for a number of years before making her way back home with her husband and young daughter to Pasadena.
Since returning home, she has become active in the Cultural Heritage Committee, whose focus is on teaching the importance of the preservation of historic property in the San Gabriel Valley to other realtors and spends time volunteering for the Pasadena Heritage Society, as well as being involved with other local historic home tours in the area.
The heart and soul of Real Estate Kate's business is to build and maintain client relationships turned friendships that last a lifetime. Her many years as a Realtor, over a decade in the legal profession and 4 years in property management ensure that you will always be well represented in your real estate endeavors.
She is an alumna of Mayfield Jr. and Sr. Schools in Pasadena and a graduate of South Pasadena High School. Architecture, photography, travel and music are some of Kate's other passions, second to her family and real estate.
